The Triangle Design pulleys come black anodized for maximum protection. In their production process, they are CNC machined to mill the design. This creates a visual contrast between the black anodized finish and the raw machined aluminum finish.
175 mm pulleys are generally used on all 1500 to 1600 cc (44 to 50 hp) engines, but can also be used for smaller engines if a higher cooling bell speed is desired.
All pulley measurements are manufactured to original VW tolerances. You can use the original mounting parts and the original V-belt (11.3 x 912 mm) with which it can be adjusted to the perfect tension. The oil auger is perfectly manufactured and meets the original tolerances and guarantees perfect sealing. The graduation is precisely engraved and stands out visually in its machined, untreated aluminum finish.
The weight of the 175mm Diameter Triangle Design pulley is approx. 498 grams.
