Sales Terms and Conditions
Article 1 : Price and mode of payment
Prices shown in this catalog include VAT from stock. They are applied on the basis of the rate applicable on the date of the order and subject to change without notice from us. The prices include the VAT applicable.
Any increase or decrease in VAT will be impacted immediately. The payments are made in cash to the command, cash on delivery , payment by check, bank transfer or credit card. Under mail order sales, packaging costs are part of the service offered to our customers and are therefore free, shipping remaining payable by the buyer. They are calculated according to the weight & volume of the order.
In the case of a credit card payment we are required to collect your payment in order to validate it. This is for our bank and ourselves, the only way to distinguish valid cards.
Article 2 : Shipping
Whatever shipment method, the goods are at the risk of the recipient. He is responsible to check the parcel on arrival - packaging and contents. If there is a doubt, the customer will bring reserves on the delivery and if the goods are damaged, he will have to refuse and apply Colissimo procedure : a report of abnormality should be immediately issued to the employee of the Post. If the delivery was made by a carrier, the carrier must be notified by registered letter immediately.
Delivery is always shown as accurately as possible, however no guarantee from us. In any case, a delay in delivery will not be used for an order cancellation or non-delivery and may not give result in any damages and interest.
All product offers, services and procedures delivery for the price quoted are valid only metropolitan France and within the limits of available stocks. Please contact us for any other delivery location.
Article 3 : Exchange
For an exchange request, items can not be returned without prior agreement from us within seven working days after obtaining a return number. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging, undamaged and unopened, and include all the products and accessories. A discount of 15% for checking and restocking fee will be applied and all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer.
Article 4 : Retraction
The purchaser has a period of seven days from the date of receipt to return, at its expense, the products ordered and the reimbursement. So that the buyer can benefit from the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned in their original condition and intact and unopened, and include all the products and accessories. If this is not the case, the product will be returned or refunded. Instead of a refund, the buyer may prefer a voucher: in this case, it is on honor not to make any objection or complaint with their bank after using the voucher .
Article 5 : Claiming
In case of a claim for defective or non-accordance with the order, the purchaser must make its claim within seven days after receipt. This complaint must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and include the details of the buyer, the product references and the reasons for the claim. The procedure for return will be the same as the exchange request.
Article 6 : Product availability
In case of unavailability of the product, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible by email. It will have the choice between a deferred replacement by a similar product or refund of amounts paid no later than thirty days delivery.
Article 7 : Warranty and Liability
As part of parts warranty, Slide Performance will submit item to the manufacturer for review and comply strictly with its opinion on the possible exchange of it. In all cases, the costs of dismantling, reassembly, expertise, and return shipping will be paid buy the buyer.
Under the Civil Liability, some of our parts, including the exhaust , body accessories, suspensionsparts, brakes modification, performance parts and engines in general are not approved for road use. These items are for competition use and for track use or on the private spaces of event or show. We disclaim any responsibility regarding the harmful consequences that may result from the use of those products on public roads. We recall, however, that any change of a vehicle shall be subject to the approval of a test service ( DRIRE for France).
The items we sell are described and presented in this website with the utmost accuracy. If despite our efforts, errors may have occurred on this site, we can not in any way be involved. The photos shown on our website are representative of our products. It does not constitute a contractual document, products are subject to change.
Article 8 : Payment and retention of ownership
The full payment of the amount of the order will be made at the time of placing the order or receiption of check. The Buyer warrants that it has the necessary permissions to use the payment method selected. In case of incident payment, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery.
We retain full ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price of products, taxes and shipping, agreed at the time of sale.
