With a normal venturi, this is a certain number. Increasing the size will give you more volume in return you will lose speed of air passage.

Flushometer data showed an increase in both air velocity and volume.

If you currently ride a 40mm venturi, you can opt for the 37/42, which will give you more power at the top of the revs and more power at low revs.

The 35/40 will deliver top-end power just as well, but will give you much better bass and greater rideability and ease.

In conclusion, the only factors that can limit it to a greater or lesser extent are the camshaft or the rocker arms. Please note that you may need to increase or decrease the size of the air jet or fuel jet to adjust the oxygen gain.
