Cylinder head kit - 35 x 32 - L&G - 88 mm

For those who wish to optimize the potential of their type 1 engine or their CT engine, we propose this cylinder head pack based on AA500.  

The advantage of these cylinder heads is that they have 35.5 mm stainless steel intake valves and 32 mm stainless steel exhaust valves that allow circulation with 95 or 98 unleaded gasoline.  

The cylinder head comes assembled with CB Performance chromoly valve springs retainers, reinforced single springs, Scat chromoly valve locks, perfect for small preparations.  

The valve seats are machined at three angles by our SERDI machine to optimize the flow of the cylinder heads.  

Machining in 88 mm thick is done on our CNC machine with a chamber volume of 52 cc, which represents a compression ratio of 8 to 8.4 depending on your deck height, perfect for slightly modified CT engines or for type 1 engines for Beetle or others.  

Other advantages:  

The combustion chamber has been redesigned and modernized to increase the performance and potential of your engine.  

The cooling of this cylinder head is superior to an original 040 cylinder head.  

The spark plugs to be mounted have long necks (14x125) to avoid cracks between valves.
